Maiturity Check

A practical diagnostic designed to explore organisations current level of AI literacy maturity beyond tools and pilots. It helps leaders and organizations understand where they stand in their AI literacy journey and where to focus next.

No abstract benchmarks, but focus on real capabilities, practices and behaviours related to how people and AI work together.

«A practical way to assess and grow AI literacy at work«

How it works?

The diagnosis starts with a structured AI maturity questionnaire. Responses are compiled and transformed into a clear AI maturity radar, making strengths and gaps immediately visible across key dimensions of AI literacy. The goals are shared understanding and informed action.

One framework, multiple dimensions and levels

Maiturity check analyses four organizational dimensions:

  • Strategy: How clearly AI is connected to business goals, priorities and decision making beyond experimentation.
  • Culture: The shared mindset, trust and norms that shape how people engage with AI, learn and adapt together.
  • People: The level of AI literacy, confidence and practical capability of individuals and teams.
  • Processes: How AI is embedded into everyday workflows, ways of working and operational practices.

Using the same framework across different organizational levels makes it possible to compare perceptions, detect inconsistencies and highlight emerging best practices.

  • Individual level: to support personal AI literacy and role readiness.
  • Team level: to surface alignment, shared practices and friction points.
  • Organizational level: to identify patterns, best practices and systemic gaps.

What it helps uncover

  • Areas where AI is already being used effectively
  • Gaps between strategy, processes, and people’s readiness
  • Differences in perception between roles, teams, or leadership levels
  • Priority areas for short-term improvement
